The free movement of personal data within the Union shall be neither restricted nor prohibited for reasons connected with the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Site from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
a) Right of access.
You have the right to obtain a confirmation of the processing of your personal data and to gain access to this data. b) Right of rectification and erasure.
You may request the correction of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You also have the right to request the deletion of personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was processed or if its processing is unlawful.
c) Right to Restrict Processing
You may request that you restrict the processing of your personal data in the following cases: contest the accuracy of the data, in which case you may request that the processing be restricted for the period of time that we check the accuracy of the data; processing is illegal and you are opposed to deleting the data; we no longer need your personal data, but you ask for it to be ascertained, exercised or defended in court.
d) Right to opposition
You may oppose the processing of your personal data for marketing purposes or for reasons related to your particular situation. In such a situation, we will no longer process your personal data, unless we demonstrate that we have legitimate and compelling reasons that justify processing and prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms.
e) The right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data you have provided to us that look at you in a structured, commonly used and readable format. You also have the right to transmit this data to another operator.
f) Withdrawal of consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent when your data is processed under it (as in the case we process your data for marketing purposes)
We will respond to your request submitted at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com without undue delays within a maximum of one month unless, due to the complexity or the number of requests, we will have to extend the response time by up to 2 months in accordance with the Regulation.

Industry regulatory disclosure requirements
Smush sends images to the WPMU DEV servers to optimize them for web use. This includes the transfer of EXIF data. The EXIF data will either be stripped or returned as it is. It is not stored on the WPMU DEV servers.
Smush uses a third-party email service (Drip) to send informational emails to the site administrator. The administrator’s email address is sent to Drip and a cookie is set by the service. Only administrator information is collected by Drip.
